Terms of Service

Global Ventures operates an online marketplace connecting buyers with certified heavy equipment dealers worldwide. We are a marketplace facilitator and do not directly own or sell listed equipment unless explicitly stated. All transactions take place between you (the buyer) and the listing dealer.

You must be at least 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have legal capacity to contract, and use the platform for legitimate heavy-equipment business. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions or engage in fraud

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Listings are dealer-supplied; we verify reasonably but do not guarantee accuracy. Buyers should request inspection reports, verify hours/serials, and arrange independent inspection. Prices are dealer-set and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and import fees unless agreed in writing.

We are not a party to any sale. We may facilitate introductions or escrow at our discretion, but the contract, warranties, delivery, and payment terms are agreed directly between buyer and seller. We recommend a written sales agreement and inspection certificate.

Logistics are coordinated between dealer and buyer. We do not guarantee delivery dates and accept no liability for delays, port congestion, or customs holds.

No false listings, scraping, security interference, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or misuse of contact data. We may remove any listing or account that breaches these rules.

All site content is owned by or licensed to Global Ventures. Manufacturer brands (Caterpillar®, Komatsu®, Volvo®, JCB®, Hitachi®, etc.) are trademarks of their owners; we are independent and not affiliated unless stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, buyer-dealer disputes, dealer misrepresentation, or technical errors. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we suspect breach, fraud, or abuse.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.

Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the free zone in which Global Ventures General Trading FZ-LLC is registered [insert exact free zone confirm with lawyer]. Disputes: good-faith negotiation first, then the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
