A digital marketplace connecting qualified buyers with certified dealers offering used heavy equipment, moving the right machines from our Dubai hub to buyers worldwide.

Platform = our website/apps/services; User = anyone using it; Buyer = browsing/purchasing; Dealer/Seller = certified business listing equipment; Listing = an advertisement; Transaction = a concluded sale between Buyer and Dealer.

We act as intermediary. We don’t own listed equipment, aren’t party to the sales contract, and don’t warrant third-party equipment. We do verify dealer legitimacy and remove misleading, illegal, or unsafe listings.

Dealer-supplied details (make/model/year, hours, condition, serial, location, photos, price). We can’t guarantee accuracy; buyers should request reports, verify hours/serials, consider independent inspection, and confirm warranty terms in writing.

Dealer-set prices, shown in multiple currencies (USD, AED, EUR, others), exclusive of taxes, shipping, duties, and service fees. Payments go directly to the dealer unless escrow is offered; use traceable methods

Logistics arranged between buyer and dealer. We don’t control or guarantee timelines, customs times, arrival condition (unless insured), or disruptions. Marine cargo insurance strongly recommended.

Warranty terms are set/honored by the dealer or manufacturer, not us. Certification labels reflect the issuer’s program. “As-is” sales are common and limit recourse review carefully.

Provide accurate, lawful info; hold legal ownership; respond reasonably; comply with export/sanctions/trade laws; honor stated warranty commitments. Violating listings may be removed.

Provide accurate info; engage in good faith; comply with destination import/customs laws; conduct due diligence; pay promptly through legitimate channels.

Set by individual dealers; confirm in writing before payment. Returns are typically not permitted on high-value, internationally shipped machines unless the dealer agrees. We may mediate but aren’t obligated to refund direct payments.

Direct discussion first; Global Ventures mediation at our discretion; then arbitration or the competent court. We support fair outcomes but aren’t obligated to act as judge.

Our name, logo, design, content, and software are protected. No copying, scraping, or trademark use without consent. Manufacturer brands belong to their owners; we’re independent and unaffiliated unless stated.

Not liable for indirect/consequential damages, lost profit/data, dealer defects/misrepresentation, shipping/customs issues, or technical errors. Aggregate liability limited to platform fees paid in the prior 12 months.

No liability for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control disasters, wars, sanctions, pandemics, government actions, port closures, outages, or cyberattacks.

Users must comply with international export-control and sanctions rules, no sanctioned parties/jurisdictions, prohibited military/weapons use, or illegal funds. We may refuse or suspend suspect transactions.

We may modify these T&Cs; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.

Governed by international commercial principles and UAE law, plus the free zone in which Global Ventures General Trading FZ-LLC is registered [insert exact free zone]. Unresolved disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
